Refund eligibility, timing, and dispute handling depend on what you purchased, the payment method used, and the law that applies where you live. When we use a third-party checkout provider, that provider's rules and your card or wallet agreement may also apply.
How to request a refund
Email info@smooth.fund with your account email, the approximate date of the charge, and any receipt or reference you have. We review requests in line with our product terms and applicable consumer rules.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued as soon as reasonably practicable; bank or card networks may add additional days before funds appear in your account.
