1. Description of the Service

SnapCinema continuously scans external channels and your own channel KPIs, generates a weekly content plan, converts it into detailed video scripts and generation prompts (for Kling 3 or Seedance V2), automatically adds captions, performs final edits, and publishes to your selected platforms (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram).

2. Pre-Launch Deposit & Subscriptions

• A one-time $10 deposit reserves your exclusive alpha spot.
• After launch, the Service is available via flexible monthly subscriptions based on the number of videos published per week and your chosen AI video model.
• Payments, when offered, are processed by designated third-party payment processors.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

5. Intellectual Property & Content

You retain ownership of your original content and branding. Videos, scripts, and prompts generated by the Service are licensed to you for your personal and commercial use. You may not resell or redistribute the underlying AI generation tools.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the Service, use it for illegal purposes, upload infringing material, or overload our systems.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
